In India, roughly 8–18 LPA at mid-level and 20–40 LPA senior, varying widely by sector — e-commerce and logistics pay above services. The US band is about $70,000–$120,000, the UK £35,000–£70,000. Scope, meaning headcount and budget owned, moves this more than title does.
What do interviewers actually probe for?
Whether you have owned a number and improved it. 'Managed the operations team' says nothing; 'cut order-to-dispatch from 40 hours to 12 by resequencing the picking process' is the answer they want. Come with two of those, with the before and after figures.
