Straight answers
Do applicant tracking systems auto-reject most resumes? No. Recruiter surveys indicate only around 8% of systems are configured to auto-reject. The widely quoted claim that 75% of resumes are rejected by an ATS traces to a 2012 sales pitch from a company that shut down in 2013 without ever publishing a methodology. What actually filters candidates is knockout questions plus a recruiter's six-to-eight-second scan.
Is auto-applying to jobs safe? It depends entirely on what is automated. Filling a company's own career-page form and clicking submit yourself breaks no platform rules. Tools that drive LinkedIn or Indeed on your behalf do, and enforcement is account suspension.

Current vacancies aggregated from public job boards and refreshed on every build, with every listing linking straight to the employer's own posting rather than to a re-hosted copy. Getting into a role you are not in yet
Sixteen roles have a page answering the question the listicles answer badly: how to become a data analyst, a software engineer, a product manager and thirteen more. Each one covers the realistic routes in and who they suit, the first job titles people are actually hired into, what to learn in what order, what the role pays measured from live postings, which employers are hiring it now, and the specific thing that gets candidates rejected.
What each role pays, measured
Salary advice is usually a number with no sample size attached. Ours carries both: the 2026 salary report covers 33 roles across India, the UK and the US, with the full distribution rather than a single figure, how much of it the source estimated rather than read off a posting, and a CSV you are free to cite. Each role has its own page — data analyst, software engineer, product manager and thirty more — showing the quartiles, the twelve-month movement, and which employers are actually posting the role right now.
Per-role preparation
Every role that has a job feed also has the rest of the work behind it: a full resume example with a copyable template giving the section order, the bullet formula and the numbers that role is measured on; the interview questions it is actually screened on; and what 2,411 job postings were measured to ask for, by role, rather than guessed at.
